Liability Limitations

Our Liability

Fly Air Deals acts as an intermediary between customers and airlines for airline ticket issuance
We are not liable for airline delays, cancellations, or operational issues
Airlines' terms and conditions apply to all flights
Our liability is limited to the booking and ticket issuance service provided
We cannot accept liability if you are denied boarding or refused entry due to incorrect travel documentation

Force Majeure

We are not liable for failures due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

Natural disasters and severe weather
Political instability and war
Strikes and labor disputes
Pandemics and health emergencies
Government restrictions and regulations
Rate of exchange fluctuations
Revised airline taxes
Supplier entering administration

Supplier Protection

Travel arrangements do not protect you from a supplier entering administration. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance that covers supplier failure.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website and app, including logos, text, images, and software, is owned by Fly Air Deals and protected by intellectual property laws.
