- Our liability is limited to the booking and ticket issuance service provided
- We cannot accept liability if you are denied boarding or refused entry due to incorrect travel documentation
Force Majeure
We are not liable for failures due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

- Strikes and labor disputes
- Pandemics and health emergencies
- Government restrictions and regulations
- Rate of exchange fluctuations
- Revised airline taxes
- Supplier entering administration
Supplier Protection
Travel arrangements do not protect you from a supplier entering administration. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance that covers supplier failure.
